These peony plant supports are designed for herbaceous peonies which die back in the autumn and need supporting from late spring. However, they work just as well supporting other perennials such shrub roses, oriental poppies, delphiniums, hollyhocks and foxgloves. 
 
The finish of these metal plant supports is black smooth. The top ring is larger than the other rings so as to make more space for the flower heads.  –
