 This has 20mm x 3mm flat bars at the base then decorative hand twisted candy twist 10mm solid bars topped of with 30mm solid sphere in the centre there is a solid 10mm bar topped with a 40mm solid sphere to enable it to be moved if necessary. 

ALL JOINTS ARE FULLY WELDED AND GROUND SO NO SHARP EDGES THEN ALL WORK IS SPRAY PAINTED,

 IDEAL FOR INDOOR AND OUT DOOR USE, WHEN BEING USED OUT DOORS YOUR BOOTS WILL STAY DRY ON INSIDE AND IF IT RAINS THEY WILL GET WASHED OFF ON THE OUTSIDE,

DOES NOT LOOK OUT OF PLACE IN HALL, PORCH OR CONSERVATORY OR OUT SIDE ANY HOUSE, SHED OR STABLE MUCH BETTER THEN HAVING JUST A PILE OF SHOES OR BOOTS
